YOUR RIGHTS – Your stay at our salon is important to us. If you would like to specifically request any certain technician, please book that technician and if necessary note it in the Notice Box when booking online.
PRICING – All prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
METHOD OF PAYMENT – We appreciate CASH. 3.5% convenience fee applies to credit/debit cards payment. In your receipt, the convenience fee is labeled as "tax".
APPOINTMENTS – For a SERIOUS appointment, your credit/debit card is required. You’re NOT CHARGED ANYTHING at time of booking. And it's NOT A DEPOSIT. Only NO SHOW appointments WILL BE CHARGED 100% FOR THE SERVICES BOOKED. To avoid conflicts, we do not take appointments by phone, but ONLINE ONLY. However, when you are at COCO receiving service and you want to book your next appoinment, we can do that for you right then.
CANCELLATION / RE-SCHEDULE must be done by phone 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Please make sure you receive your cancellation confirmation. NO CANCELLATION or RE-SCHEDULE on the date of your appointment. YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% FOR THE SERVICES BOOKED REGARDLESS OF ANY REASON for not showing up for your appointment.
LATE ARRIVAL – If you are 10 minutes LATE, your appointment will be CANCELLED, and YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED 100% FOR THE SERVICES BOOKED. Please arrive 5 minutes earlier than your appointment time and CHECK IN AT COCO FRONTDESK. If you arrive late, your service shall be abbreviated. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be billed for 100% of the amount of the services reserved.
SERVICE DENIAL – We may disable your ability to book your next appointment, if you are late twice, no show once or rude.
REFUND – A refund cannot be given on any products or services. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please let us know and another technician would be glad to accommodate you. All items purchased are final and non-returnable.
GIFT CARDS – Gift cards do not include gratuities. Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be combined with any other discount or special, unless otherwise stated.
SKIN CONDITIONS – If you have any skin condition such as sunburn, rashes, or fungus please let the manicurist know.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS & SPECIAL NEEDS – Prior to receiving your services, please inform us of any special needs or medical conditions such as diabetes, pregnancy, injuries, allergies or disabilities. This will help customize your service to ensure the highest satisfaction and benefits.
NAIL ENHANCEMENT – We love what we do and guarantee our nail enchancement services for 3 days. In the event you lose a nail or lifting occurs within the first 3 days, we will repair it free of charge. This guarantee applies only to clients who use our services and not from another salon/spa.
CHILDREN – We love children. However, children should only be in the salon if they are receiving a service and must be supervised at all times. If you must bring your children with you, they must be seated in the waiting area at all times.
CELLULAR DEVICES – In order to achieve a serene and relaxing atmosphere, please silence all cellular devices and keep all phone calls to a minimum.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS – We are not responsible for any personal properties that are damaged, lost or stolen, or left behind.
PETS – Pets are prohibited, except certified support animals.
